Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original ship date. All returns are for a Decent Designs LLC E-Gift Card credit only. Decent Designs LLC offers exchanges for the same item at the same price in a different size. The cost of return shipping, $4.90 for any number of items, will be deducted from your store credit (Decent Designs E-Gift Card).
Return and Exchange Policy
Decent Designs LLC gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Decent Designs LLC E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Decent Designs LLC offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting us within 3 DAYS of delivery.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

- Items Marked Final Sale

To start a return, login to your customer account and find order history. Choose the order with the item you are looking to return. From there you will be able to select "request return".
